Loyalty Rewards is an online program. There's nothing to lose, and no printed statements to file. All you'll need is an e-mail address.
You'll have one year to earn your points, and one year to use your points. But you don't have to worry about the math. As soon as your total reaches 25 points, we'll e-mail you the notification of your reward!

Can I use more then one reward during the order process?
Yes, you can choose more then one reward, as long as the total of your earned points is bigger then amount of rewards.
Will my Redemption Points expire?
You must complete the Redemption Request within one calendar year. If you do not redeem your points within one year, all your points earned in that year will expire.
Why haven’t I received an answer regarding my question?
We value our member’s time very much, but unfortunately we have a lot of members and can not get back to everyone immediately. It can take up to five (5) business days to respond to each of our members’ questions or requests.
Do I have to pay taxes on the gift?
The IRS says that gifts over $600.00 must be reported to them. If the total amount of your redemption is over $600.00, our representative will call you and ask you additional information, related to the reward program. We would ask for your SS# because we must report it to the IRS if your gift value is over $600.00.
How often are the Thank you points updated on the DocuLegal Rewards Loyalty Website?
Points are updated every Monday and after a particular project is invoiced and delivered to client.
