Each Member enrolled in the program will accrue one point in his or her program account for every 50 dollars invoiced , provided such invoices are paid on time. If any or all invoices remain unpaid after 60 days, DocuLegal reserves the right to revoke all remaining points in a member's account.
You will not accrue points in your program account for the dollar amount of any invoice processed by us prior to the enrollment date.
Points accrued in your program account for any given year must be redeemed within a calendar year (12 months). Points not redeemed will be forfeited after one year.
Points accrued in any program account do not constitute property of the Member and are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any person or entity and cannot be transferred to any other account.
Credits or any discounts on invoices in your account will reduce the points accrued in your program account.
Points accrued in your account are based on the pre-tax amount of the invoice and do not include sales tax.
Maximum points available for any project is 100. Project is per original invoice number.
Same day pick up and same day delivery RUSH jobs will not earn points.
Doculegal reserves the right to determine if any project invoices with special pricing, national pricing, contracts, or agreements will be eligible to earn thank you points.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We reserve the right to add to and/or change the Loyalty Rewards Program Terms & Conditions at any time. This means, for example, that we may change the number of points earned for spending or the number of points required to redeem rewards, impose caps and/or fees on earning or redeeming points and/or cancel rewards. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate the LRP program with one months' prior notice. During the one-month notice period, we may change or cancel some or all of the then-current rewards. The member's right to earn points and redeem accumulated points will terminate one month after we give you this notice.
